- 耳鼻喉科
介紹：
從北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院建院伊始，耳鼻咽喉科已獨(dú)立建科，96年來(lái)，北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科培養(yǎng)了一代又一代耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科學(xué)人才。我國(guó)耳鼻咽喉科學(xué)著名的專家如劉瑞華、李寶實(shí)、胡懋廉、郎健寰、張慶松、徐蔭祥和林必錦等教授都曾先后在我科工作，其中很多專家先后在北京和全國(guó)各地建立了耳鼻咽喉學(xué)科。北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科在我國(guó)耳鼻咽喉科學(xué)的發(fā)展史上做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。
北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院臨床學(xué)院耳鼻咽喉科學(xué)系現(xiàn)有正式在職職工60人，科主任高志強(qiáng)教授，副主任陳曉巍教授，主任助理?xiàng)钊A教授和呂威教授，科主任秘書(shū)馮國(guó)棟副教授。共有正教授14人（在職8人，退休6人），副教授13人（在職10人，退休3人），主治醫(yī)師14人，住院醫(yī)師4人；在職博士生導(dǎo)師5人、碩士生導(dǎo)師6人。我科現(xiàn)有普通病房病床數(shù)46張，特需病房床位10張，分設(shè)耳科學(xué)組、鼻科學(xué)組、咽喉頭頸學(xué)組。另設(shè)有人工耳蝸中心、助聽(tīng)器中心、新生兒聽(tīng)力篩查診治中心、臨床聽(tīng)力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、顳骨顱底顯微外科解剖及技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和耳聾基因篩查實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
耳科學(xué)組全面開(kāi)展了耳顯微外科學(xué)、耳神經(jīng)外科學(xué)（前庭方面、面神經(jīng)方面）、側(cè)顱底外科、耳整形和臨床聽(tīng)力學(xué)等工作，開(kāi)展了大量鐙骨手術(shù)、面神經(jīng)手術(shù)、人工耳蝸及各種人工聽(tīng)覺(jué)植入術(shù)、側(cè)顱底手術(shù)、顳骨惡性腫瘤切除術(shù)及各種外耳中耳畸形手術(shù)，取得了很好的療效?；A(chǔ)研究方面，在面神經(jīng)功能檢測(cè)和客觀功能評(píng)價(jià)、內(nèi)耳發(fā)育、聾病基因、干細(xì)胞應(yīng)用于感音神經(jīng)性聾的治療、眩暈等方面開(kāi)展了深入研究。
鼻科學(xué)組在嗅覺(jué)基礎(chǔ)與臨床研究方面處于國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位，積極開(kāi)展了鼻內(nèi)鏡下微創(chuàng)手術(shù)和導(dǎo)航下疑難疾病的手術(shù)，對(duì)特殊鼻-鼻竇疾病及鼻顱溝通腫瘤的治療積累了豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，鼻科手術(shù)器械的研制獲得了多項(xiàng)專利。
咽喉頭頸學(xué)組系統(tǒng)性地開(kāi)展了頭頸部惡性腫瘤、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征（OSAHS）及咽喉氣管食管狹窄的綜合治療?？蒲蓄I(lǐng)域涉及OSAHS術(shù)前評(píng)估、嗓音功能評(píng)估及頭頸腫瘤的分子生物學(xué)機(jī)制，并率先在國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)展與人乳頭瘤病毒相關(guān)的頭頸部腫瘤的系列基礎(chǔ)與臨床研究。
近年來(lái)，耳鼻咽喉科先后承擔(dān)“九五”、“十五”、“十一五”、“十二五”、“973”、國(guó)自然科學(xué)基金、北京市自然科學(xué)基金等各項(xiàng)基金30余項(xiàng)，發(fā)表論文約150篇，其中SCI論文40余篇，申請(qǐng)專利26項(xiàng)，編寫出版多部耳鼻喉科專業(yè)著作。耳鼻咽喉科歷來(lái)重視人才隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng)與教學(xué)工作，通過(guò)招聘、留校、送出請(qǐng)進(jìn)培訓(xùn)、合作、客座教授等方式打造一支事業(yè)心強(qiáng)、作風(fēng)正派、相關(guān)學(xué)科知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)合理、戰(zhàn)斗力強(qiáng)的隊(duì)伍。教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)在協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院八年制本科生、臨床博士后培養(yǎng)、研究生及進(jìn)修醫(yī)生教學(xué)培訓(xùn)、住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)、全員培訓(xùn)及醫(yī)學(xué)繼續(xù)教育、專業(yè)書(shū)籍編著、專業(yè)題庫(kù)建設(shè)、國(guó)家級(jí)繼續(xù)教育項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和院校教學(xué)改革和教改科研項(xiàng)目等方面開(kāi)展了大量工作，成績(jī)顯著。2011年，協(xié)和醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科被評(píng)為國(guó)家臨床重點(diǎn)?？?，已連續(xù)4年進(jìn)入復(fù)旦大學(xué)醫(yī)院管理研究所中國(guó)醫(yī)院最佳?？坡曌u(yù)排行榜四強(qiáng)。
目前，協(xié)和醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科各學(xué)科建設(shè)齊備、人才梯隊(duì)完善、?？铺厣r明、技術(shù)力量雄厚、疑難病例豐富、醫(yī)教研及轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)多足鼎立，并積極參與國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)交流，為全國(guó)患者提供了高水準(zhǔn)的醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)，并為全國(guó)兄弟醫(yī)院培養(yǎng)和輸送了眾多人才。
DepartmentofOtorhinolaryngologyhadbeenestablishedfromtheverybeginningofPekingUnionMedicalCollegeHospital(PUMCH).Ninety-sixyearshadpassed,generationsandgenerationsofoutstandingENTdoctorshavebeenraisedinPUMCH.ManyofChina'sfamouspioneeringexpertsofotorhinolaryngologyhadworkedinourdepartment,suchasLiuRuihua,LiBaoshu,HuMaolian,LangJianhuan,ZhangQingsong,XuYinxiangandLinBijin.SomeofthemestablishedtheENTdepartmentsinotherhospitalsacrossthecountry.OurdepartmenthasmadegreatcontributionstootorhinolaryngologyinChina'sdevelopmentalhistory.
OtolaryngologyDepartmenthas60employees,ProfessorGaoZhiqiangisthepresident,andProfessorChenXiaoweiisthevicepresident.Thereare14professors,13associateprofessors,14attendingphysiciansand4residents.Fivedoctorsarequalifiedasdoctoralsupervisorsand6doctorsasmastersupervisors.Ourdepartmenthas46ordinarybedsinthegeneralward,10bedsintheVIPward.Thedepartmentwasfurtherdividedintothreesubspecialties，theeargroup,thenosegroup,andthelaryngopharynx-headandneckgroup.Therearecochlearimplantcenter,hearingaidscenter,neonatalhearingscreeningcenter,clinicalaudiologylaboratory,anatomicallaboratoryanddeafnessgenescreeninglaboratoryinourdepartment.
Theeargrouphascarriedoutawiderangeofotologymicrosurgeries,otoneurologicsurgeries(includingvestibularandfacialnerve),facialnervesurgeries,lateralskullbasesurgeries,otoplasties，andclinicalaudiologyrelatedworks.Thesesurgerieshavebeencarriedoutandachievedverygoodresults,suchasstapessurgeries,facialnervesurgeries,cochlearimplants,malignanttemporalbonetumorsresectionsandsurgeriesofexternalandmiddleeardeformities.Forbasicresearch,manyin-depthresearcheswereperformedinthefieldoffacialnervefunctiontesting,innereardevelopment,deafnessgene,treatmentofsensorineuralhearinglossusingstemcells,anddizziness.
ThebasicandclinicalresearchofolfactoryinnosegrouphasalwaysbeenintheleadingpositionofChina.Minimallyinvasivesurgeriesundernasalendoscopeandsurgeriesofcomplicateddiseasesusingnavigationsystemswerecarriedout.Doctorsinnasalgrouphaveaccumulatedabundantexperiencesabouttreatmentofspecialnose-sinusdiseaseandnasaltumorswithinvasionintobrain.Thevariousnasalsurgicalequipmentstheyinventedobtainedanumberofpatents.
Forthelaryngopharynx-headandneckgroup,thecomprehensivetherapyofmalignanciesinheadandneck,obstructivesleepapneahypopneasyndrome(OSAHS)andstenosisoflarynx,pharynx,esophagusandtracheaweresystematicallydeveloped.ThefieldofresearchinvolvespreoperativeassessmentofOSAHS,voicefunctionassessmentandmolecularbiologicalmechanismofheadandneckcancer.Thebasicandclinicalresearchofhumanpapillomavirus-relatedheadandnecktumorwasfirstlycarriedoutdomestically.
Departmentofotorhinolaryngologyhasundertakenmorethan30itemsoffoundations,including"9thFiveYearPlan"、"10thFiveyearPlan"、"11thFiveYearPlan","12thFiveYearPlan","973",NaturalScienceFoundationofChina，BeijingMunicipalNaturalScienceFoundation.About150paperswerepublished,including40SCIpapers.26patentswereauthorized,andanumberofENTprofessionalbookswerepublished.Ourdepartmenthasalwaysattachedimportancetopersonneltrainingandteachingwork.Wecreatedadevoted，honest，knowledgeableteamthroughwaysofrecruitment,training,cooperation,invitingvisitingprofessors.Theteachingteamwasinchargeofgivinglecturestoundergraduatesofeight-yearprogram,clinicalpostdoctoraltraining,graduateandtrainingphysiciantraining,residentstandardizedtraining,allstafftraining,continuingmedicaleducation,
